The quality of the pallet jack is exceptional and better than expected. The pallet that it came on could have been a bit more sturdy. The shipping terms were not as I expected but they were as stated. I usually request DDP but this shipment came CIF which included some extra costs. The shipping ended up costing more than the unit itself. Other than that, we are happy with the purchase.
